- 2 Tbsp ghee
- 1 pack vanilla pudding, fat-free and sugar-free
- 1 Tbsp ashwagandha powder
- 2 squares bark of chocolate almond, sugar-free
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar (monk fruit)
- 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles, fat-free (optional)
Note: When choosing your peanut butter, find one that doesn’t contain a lot of sugar. Peanuts and salt should be the primary ingredients.
For utensils, you need the following:
- 1 large Ziploc bag
- 1 large saucepan
- 1 spatula
How to Make a Puppy Chow
1. In a large bowl, pour your cereal squares.
2. In low heat, melt the ghee, chocolate almond bark, and peanut butter. Do not overcook.
A good technique is to use a double boiler. Heat water in one large saucepan, place one medium-sized pan over it and add and melt the ingredients.
3. After the ingredients melted, pour the mixture into the bowl. Combine them using a spatula.
4. Cool the mixture for around 20 minutes or until the squares harden.
5. Grab a large Ziploc and pour the hardened squares inside. Add your ashwagandha powder, vanilla pudding, and monk fruit powdered sugar.
6. Shake the mixture vigorously until the powders coat the squares thoroughly.
7. To make your mixture colorful, you can add holiday sprinkles.

1. Monk Fruit Is a Good Alternative Sweetener
